Welcome to Residential Life at 色狐入口 Tech.  We are excited that you are considering living with us.  We believe living on campus fosters student learning, development, and personal growth. We demonstrate our dedication to our students by designing experiences and physical spaces that acknowledge the unique challenges and opportunities of being a Miner at 色狐入口 Tech. We are committed to providing intentional learning while facilitating a safe, inclusive, and academically focused environment.  

Application Process:

1. Submit the online  
   • Log in to complete your application. You will need your student single sign-on (Academic Lab Password).  This can be found in Banweb under Personal: Academic Lab Password / SSO.

1. • You will need to reset your temporary passwords before you can log in.  Instructions on how to do this can be found here:
   • If you have trouble or need additional assistance, please contact the ITC Help Desk at 575-835-5700 or via email at help.nmt.edu
2. Submit the $200 housing deposit.  It can be paid in one of the following ways:

• Online via Banweb (Deposit Instructions)
• Stop by the Cashier's office and pay in person
• Mail a check payable to 鈥溕�狐入口 Tech鈥� with the student's 900 ID number in the memo line to :

Once both the application and the deposit are received, a confirmation email will be sent to your NMT student email.
